Hello. (again)

Rachel is a newly married twentysomething living with her husband, M, in Somerset, England. Having lived in London for 6 years, they are new to country living but getting used to it. M sells fine wine; Rachel blogs, makes bunting and takes photographs of everything on her phone. Together they are trying to turn their rented cottage into domestic bliss.

It’s been so long that some of you might not even remember me… It’s been almost 10 months since I got married and graduated to blogging here at EAD Living. But somewhere in that 10 months I got made redundant from my job, got offered a job some 200 miles away from my previous home in London, England, moved to said new location and started my new job. In between came house hunting (we opted for a rented cottage, and for those who are interested, I’ve blogged about our new place here) and afterwards came a never ending saga of no broadband. And now, finally, we are pretty much sorted, unpacked, online and the bad dreams of a new job have ended.

And so, I hope to bring you posts about the English countryside, of country-cottage-living, of cooking, gardening and perhaps a few fashion related posts as well.

I’m sorry it’s been so long. I’ve missed you all and am thrilled to be back on-line and in the 21st century once again.

we heart your comments!
