I’m lying in bed on a Sunday night, wedged precariously between two cats (the slightest movement will cause one to wake up and give me the most evil-est catly glower ever known to man), glasses on, typing away.  Typically I’d be preparing invoices from the prior week or some other pre-Monday drudgery.

So as you may remember, the hubby and I will be moving to Denver in mid-June, into a rental house owned by my parents.  The home was built in 1941 and is undergoing extensive renovations (thanks to my parents and sister, who are working nonstop).

So as you dear readers may recall from one of my previous posts, we’re moving to Denver in about 10 weeks.  We just can’t wait to get into our new home and start doing some remodeling work.  We’re hoping this will be the place we can stay for at least the next 5 years or so, but if not, we want to make sure that it’s something that would be easily maintainable and retain its value for the next tenants.
