We have a lovely real Southern wedding for you today shot by the very talented Brooke Schwab.
Jacqui and Alfredo were married in Hempstead, Texas at a family ranch. Wow, did they have a gorgeous setting!
A ranch is the perfect place to shoot portraits. The light on the grass is so romantic.
Alfredo’s family came from Peru, so the couple wanted to be sure to infuse some Southern charm into the event. Obviously, the ranch played a large part in this! But the couple was thoughtful enough to include all of their guests’ ethnicities in their edible favors as well.
I love the details of the quaint home Jacqui used as her bride’s room. And look at the gorgeous weather they had! The rustic decor of the home was such a lovely backdrop for Brooke’s detail shots.

Last but not least, my absolute favorite portrait of the day. It completely captures the spirit of their unique and beautiful Southern event!
