Real Weddings: Reggie + Megan 3.8.08 Part I

When I saw the images that Anne Almasy sent over from the gorgeous wedding of Reggie and Megan, I literally squealed.  It’s absolutely perfect.  They were married in Atlanta; their ceremony took place in Piedmont Park and the reception (which you’ll see later today!) was held at the beautiful Foundry at Puritan Mill.

Check out this bride and groom.  The picture of Reggie is now officially my favorite-wedding-picture-ever.  His face is priceless.  And for good reason – look at the knockout he’s about to marry!

Megan is stunning and I give her my vote for best wedding day makeup.  I am stealing this look.  So natural and yet colorful because of her gorgeous blue eyes and perfectly-pink lips!

Reggie’s adorable daughter Neveah was the flower girl! Here she is in the bride’s room getting ready to walk down the aisle!

Some details – love those Manolos and the exotic flowers (all florals were created by Sherrie Donnely for Gertie Mae’s).  The vibrant chartreuse green color scheme is perfect for spring.

Even though Anne says it was snowing earlier in the day, Megan and Reggie ended up with perfect weather for their event.  And look at the detail on the chuppah!  Every item was executed with painstaking perfection.

The ceremony was limited to family only and was very unique (they are an interfaith couple, so it was a blend of Christianity and Judaism) and obviously emotional.  It’s so clear how much this couple cares for each other.

Love this picture.  Look at the suave best man in the background and her luxurious bouquet!

More to come from this wedding later today so stay tuned.
