I debated about posting this, but I definitely don’t want this to happen to other brides. We are working with a close friend who ordered her invitation paper and envelopes from Paper Presentation. The ordering process was seamless. She paid extra for express shipping. Her card was charged. She received confirmation. Upon delivery, there were no envelopes. The invoice showed that they had been backordered, and when she called them to ask why she wasn’t told that upon payment she was told “Our website doesn’t work that way.” She asked for a refund for the express shipping and they refused.
I know many of you (including myself) have ordered from Paper Presentation with no issues. It’s just upsetting that they weren’t helpful.
