Mary and Michael’s Wrightsville Beach, NC wedding is making me ache for the long, warm days of summer. From the fluffy pink peony bouquet, to the cake that echoes the lace on Mary’s gown, to the beautiful candle-strewn altar in the church, each small detail comes together beautifully to create a wedding full of simple, classic beauty. KMI Photography captured all of these lovely images, and the beautiful floral was created by Salt Harbor Designs.
Mary and her father walked down the aisle to bagpipe music, and the couple exited to “Scotland the Brave!”. Mary wore a pressed four-leaf clover in her shoe during the wedding, the same clover that her mother wore in her wedding.
As transportation from the ceremony to the reception, the couple rode in a 1962 BelAir restored by Michael’s father.
