Friday Flowers: Poppies

If you haven’t had the same sunshine and warmth we’ve had here in Philly, today’s flowers will certainly brighten your day! Crinkly, tissue-thin poppies are unique and full of personality. Not to mention, have you seen the scene in The Wizard of Oz? Even the Wicked Witch says they’re “attractive to the eye and soothing to the smell”! Ms. Witch’s poppies are red, but they come in vibrant oranges, warm corals, soft yellows, and many other colors. Check out these gorgeous arrangements as well as two fabulous poppy DIY projects at the end as well!
