The vibrant blooms of springtime were the inspiration for today’s gorgeous shoot by the talented Janie Medley of The Bride’s Cafe. An abundance of lush flowers from Flower Muse—including tulips, poppies, ranunculus, garden roses, and anemones—graced the gorgeous bouquets, flower arrangements and floral crowns created by The Bride’s Cafe. We can’t decide which of the incredible bouquets is most gorgeous! Shamara, a 2016 bride-to-be, is utterly resplendent in gowns from Bella Bridesmaids, and we are simply in love with each image from Love By Serena—enjoy all of the swoon-worthy floral inspiration!

Wedding Inspiration from Aisle Society
There are some days that are simply perfect, and today is one of those days, because at long last, we are debuting Aisle Society to the world, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to share the absolutely gorgeous Aisle Society official brand shoot that I styled with Lauren of Every Last Detail and a dream team of Chicago’s best wedding pros at downtown’s most fabulous wedding venue, Chez. Together with the ladies from Estera Events, we set out to create an event that would showcase all of the things that Aisle Society represents: fun, friendship, community, and of course, utterly beautiful wedding inspiration! Dramatic draping from Drape Kings was the centerpiece of the room, swathed along the ceiling and leading to a ceremony altar flanked by simple but show-stopping eucalyptus arrangements from Fleur. In the rest of the details, we bathed the whitewashed space in color! Our gorgeous ladies donned frocks from Bella Bridesmaids and David’s Bridal in shades from blush to dusty blue and flowing Truvelle and Sarah Seven bridal gowns, carrying bouquets of vibrant summer blooms. The modern but elegant tabletop features glimmering sequin linens and rose gold chargers and amazing confetti popper menus from Sarah Drake Design. I’m brimming with excitement for you to watch the video of the day by the insanely talented Nicodem Creative (I dare you not to get goose bumps!) and see every gorgeous image from Alexis June Weddings!
Classic New Orleans Wedding
New Orleans may be our most charming of cities, and Katie and Daniel’s wedding in The Big Easy is full of pure, simple elegance. Held at The Arbor Room at Popp Fountain, their March nuptials were set under clear blue skies fountainside, with a reception in the open, airy atrium. Poppy and Mint created gorgeous lush florals in shades of peach, yellow, pink, and coral. We’re especially in love with Katie’s gorgeous bouquet, its pastel tones a perfect match for her lace Maggie Sottero gown from Love Couture Bridal. Sweet Southern traditions abound, from a quintessential New Orleans Second Line dance to cake pulls in the pretty layered confection from Haydels Bakery. Matoli Keely Photography captured the images of the day with her usual magic—we know you will fall head over heels in love!
Georgia Wedding with Cherry Blossoms
Alicia and Sammy’s Georgia wedding is sweet Southern perfection! Held at Jasper’s Chimneys at Big Canoe, with floral provided by Birch Blooms Floral and Design and Mother Nature, their relaxed nuptials feature some of our favorite spring details from the Peach State: cowboy boots, lemonade, and—of course—those cherry blossoms! We couldn’t imagine a more picturesque setting for the ceremony! Kristine from Simply Charming Socials not only made sure the day went off without a hitch but also created all of the day’s lovely signage. We are smitten with each and every image from Amy Arrington Photography!
Elegant Ivory and Rose Gold Wedding Inspiration
Oh how we adore each and every little morsel of this stunning inspiration shoot from the Chapel Designers workshop in Santa Barbara! With a classic palette of rose gold, cream, peach, and burnt coral, the tablescape—designed by Nancy Liu Chin Designs with flowers from Florabundance—is pure elegance. Romantic hydrangea, stock, roses, and ranunculus come together in a warm and inviting mix of low and high arrangements. One vessel features a timeless composite rose, so named because a single stem is surrounded by layers of wired petals, giving the appearance of a giant rose. Such a refined and timeless variation on a classic! With its long lace sleeves and fluffy silhouette, Claire Pettibone‘s Peace gown is the perfect complement to the elegant table, and delicate china from Small Masterpieces and rentals from Classic Party Rentals complete the setting. We are completely in love with each image from Diana Marie Photography!
Romantic Estate Wedding Inspiration
Though the setting may be in Southern California, the Villa Del Sol D’Oro transports us to Tuscany with its romantic European estate feel. Sweetest Love Events designed an elegant outdoor soiree with a beautiful mix of vintage elements and muted tones. Sibyl Sophia Floral Design created a showstopping bouquet and pastel garden-style arrangements for the alfresco reception and sweetheart tables, whose buttery tones echoed the villa’s graceful exterior. The stylish couple embraced the glamour with a sophisticated pale dove gray Willowby by Watters gown from Mary Me Bridal and classic tuxedo from The Black Tux . We are completely smitten with this dreamy wedding shoot photographed by Devon Donnahoo Photography!
Sunny Yellow + Mustard Wedding Inspiration
With a stunning and vibrant color palette of mustard, floral, and gray, this fabulous team of Florida wedding pros created a romantic and whimsical shoot set at Cypress Grove Estate. Inspired by the gorgeous mustard color of a Jenny Yoo bridesmaid gown, Tickled Pink Brides and Casie Marie Photography designed a classic soiree perfect for any season. Andi Mejia created an invitation suite with dove gray typography and illustration of the estate, and Bakers Cottage Cakes made a breathtaking yellow cake with whimsical edible flowers. A classic tabletop with gold dinnerware and elegant white china paired with cascading florals from Flowers by Lesley. Absolutely head over heels for every moment from Casie Marie Photography!
Whimsical + Elegant Art Gallery Wedding Inspiration
From Sue Gallo Designs comes this incredible inspiration shoot with stunning florals, modern touches, and a color palette that is to die for! The Art Gallery of Hamilton set the scene, and the dramatic space was perfect for the luxe details: abundant florals, a dramatic ceremony backdrop, and acrylic details from A Special Print to lend a whimsical touch. Shades of mauve, apricot, coral, and blush paired with deeper hues of garnet and merlot in the gorgeous, lush florals, set atop a mauve velvet linen from Simply Beautiful Decor. The mix of textures is lovely, and every detail is flawlessly captured by Kasia Jurowski Photography!
Romantic + Whimsical Garden Wedding Inspiration
The European flair and naturally beautiful landscape of Austin’s Garden Grove set the scene for this whimsical fine art inspiration shoot designed by Kindle and Gather. A soft color palette of pink, mauve, marigold, and ivory echoed the romantic garden setting. The Heirloom Table designed lush, organic florals with a painterly feel and lots of movement, perfectly pairing with the soft fabrics of the silken table linen and Alexandra Grecco gown. A fanciful cake from Feathers and Frosting and sweeping calligraphy invitations lettered by Seniman Calligraphy completed the elegant yet imaginative vignette. We are spellbound by the beautiful images captured on film by Honey Gem Creative!
Ethereal Autumn Wedding Inspiration
Warm fall colors, ethereal details, and enchanting florals combine to make this one of the most stunning autumn inspiration shoots ever! Buttery shades of caramel in the florals from Thorne and Thistle were accented by subtle pops of fall oranges and pinks. Christina Sloan Events created a scene inspired by personal details, such as the family crests on hand-lettered stationery by Alex Fly Designs, handmade paper by Tara Spencer and the blue marble cake by Cakes by Kim. Completely spellbound by the incredible images captured on film by Photos by Heart!
Elegant Pink and Gold Wedding
There’s only one word befitting Temmy and Wayne’s Edmonton wedding: exquisite! Held at the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, a landmark building fashioned after a castle, their intimate event was truly out of a fairy tale. It was love at first sight for the couple, and after six years and two children, saying “I Do” couldn’t have been easier. Working with Samantha of J’Adore Design & Events, they designed an enchanted wonderland of flowers, from topiaries lining the aisle and dressing the altar of their rooftop ceremony to elegant reception tables with shimmering pink linens, gilded accents, and patterned stone chargers. The final perfect detail? A something blue settee for two at the head table. We are mesmerized by this gorgeous family and all of the incredible images captured on film by Justine Milton!
Colorful Wedding at Brooklyn Botanic Garden
Nothing could be better than a bright, sunny Brooklyn day to play host to a relaxed and colorful celebration in the city! Heather and David chose the gorgeous Brooklyn Botanic Garden for their nuptials—it’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of New York! Working with the dream team of Dominique Bell Events and Denise Fasanello Flowers, the couple brought their whimsical vision to life with fluffy pink and fuchsia peonies, colorful centerpieces of tulips, garden roses, and kumquats, and an adorable customized cake topper with their wedding date in balloons. We love the open, airy feel of their celebration, and it’s captured beautifully in all of the images from Lara Kimmerer!
Elegant Vancouver Wedding
If we had to choose but one word to describe Paul and Vida’s wedding, it would be sublime. With Vancouver’s Hycroft Manor as the setting and Coco Events & Weddings at the helm, the couple celebrated their autumn nuptials in front of their nearest and dearest on a gorgeous October day. The graceful interior of the manor created an intimate backdrop for the lush florals by Celsia Floral. A gorgeous ceremony arbor was matched in beauty only by Vida, breathtaking in her gown from Blush Bridal. We are suckers for vintage transportation and adore the 1930s Cadillac from Ritz Limousines, its regal elegance befitting the venue. Each and every image from Kirill Bordon Photography is exquisite!
Colorful Santa Barbara Wedding
There’s so much style and whimsy pouring out of every single moment of Megan and Bobby’s wedding! The couple selected a private estate in Santa Barbara as their venue, which the homeowner has aptly named “Villa della Famiglia”, and the unique, family-oriented charm was carried through in the decor, which was a colorful extension of the Italian villa feel. Megan designed the day to be a reflection of them as a couple: intimate, fun, and full of so much love. Her vision for the flowers was “bright, beautiful, and free-spirited” and Jenn Sanchez Design delivered in spades! From lush coral peonies to purple alliums, the colorful blooms lit up the tables on the estate’s grounds and paired beautifully with the intermixed fresh fruits. Megan hand-painted all of the signage and along with one of her bridesmaids, Rachel, all of the votive holders, as well as creating the honey jar favors. Not a detail was left unfinished, right down to the on-trend naked cake from Frost It Cupcakery! When asked about the day, there was no doubt that sharing their vows and emptying their hearts to each other surrounded by their dearest family and friends was the most unforgettable moment, followed closely by walking down the aisle to “Your Hand in Mind” by Explosions in the Sky, which reminded them of peaceful moments together stargazing. We are absolutely head over heels for every magical image from Brooke Borough Photography!
Colorful + Whimsical Garden Wedding
We couldn’t think of a more lovely way to start the week than with a Taylor and Hagan’s fairytale wedding at Nestldown, a fairytale location set in the Santa Cruz mountains among the redwoods. The couple worked with Gavita Flora to create a setting bursting with color and whimsy, and befitting the location in its full bloom. Long farmhouse tables from Classic Party Rentals were set with crisp white china and a mixture of soft greenery, fresh fruit, and vibrant full blooms. Set against all of the colorful florals, the maids’ J.Crew gowns in the palest of ivory were angelic, but of course nothing could upstage Taylor in her stunning Hayley Paige gown from Haute Bride. This wedding has our whole heart. We are completely smitten by each gorgeous image from Anna Marks Photography!
Elegant Idaho Autumn Wedding
Eden and Kevin were married on a gorgeous fall day in picturesque Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The sunny mountain weather at Kootenai County Fairgrounds made for a perfect setting in the midst of the late autumn leaves. Naturally, Eden, who is a florist herself, considered the florals to be the most important decor element of their day. She and her family went foraging for many of the blooms and leaves used in her farm table centerpieces created by Nicole French of Petal Talk. The end result of bouquets and centerpieces in vibrant, rich shades of pink and red is pure perfection. The love that the couple shares is palpable, and Eden shares: “I had always imagined walking down the aisle with my dad being such an emotional moment that I would cry. Instead, all I felt was complete joy and peace walking towards my future husband. It was surreal.” We know you’ll fall in love, as we did, with this lovely wedding and the stunning images from Anna Peters Photography!
Seattle Garden Wedding
Sarah and Mark’s wedding is a bit of Pacific Northwest charm with an intimate European feel. Sarah is a classical art historian who studies ancient Italy, so the decision to host their August wedding at Seattle’s charming Corson Building for her August wedding was an easy one. They wanted their wedding to feel like a large Italian family dinner party, and the Corson Building’s beautiful gardens and villa aesthetic was a perfect match. Rachel of Finch and Thistle Event Design drew the inspiration from the landscapes and gardens of Italy, with lush garden flowers in soft pastel tones and loose organic greenery. Guests feasted on locally caught, foraged, grown, and harvested products, served family style. Each moment of this gorgeous gathering is beautifully captured by Ryan Flynn.
Romantic Museum Garden Wedding
Good morning lovelies and happy 2015! We are so excited to usher in a new year full of beautiful soirees, and couldn’t think of a better way to kick off a new year than Nga and Tinh’s lovely wedding at Los Altos History Museum. Classic garden romance was the theme of the day. The couple partnered with Oliveta Design to design a lush, sophisticated reception with bouquets and centerpieces full of greenery and roses in a rainbow of pastels from Studio Mondine. Nga is a vision in a relaxed Jenny Packham gown and Gucci heels, perfectly paired with a ribbon-tied bouquet, and her three maids wore hand-picked frocks in the palest of blush from BHLDN and J.Crew. We simply adore each and every detail—right down to the floral garland on the getaway car from Elegant Journey—in these stunning images from Clary Pfeiffer!
Romantic California Winery Wedding
The Bay Area is stunning any time of year, but no more so than in the shoulder seasons, and San Martin’s Clos la Chance Winery winery shines in Kelly and John’s lovely wedding. Florals from Flower Divas in pretty pastel tones of peach, pink, and marigold dress the lovely tables, and bridesmaids pair their peach and ivory bouquets with floaty pale blue frocks. The flowering gardens and Spanish-style architecture of the winery are absolutely beautiful, and we just adore the unbelievable light in these gorgeous images from Danielle Poff Photography!
Romantic Italian Villa Wedding
We’re pretty sure there’s nothing more romantic than an Italian destination wedding, and we are just undone over Kelli and Gabriel’s event at Villa Cicolina in Montepulciano, Italy! Because the couple was far away from their venue in the United States, they entrusted Chic Weddings to finalize the details, meeting with them on just a single trip to Italy before their wedding. And, oh, the details! Lush, earthy florals filled the villa grounds, artfully arranged by La Rosa Canina, including peonies, olive leaves, roses, and other blooms in shades of sage, peach, lemon, and clementine. A handmade chuppah from Jennifer Raichman, embellished with flower garlands, anchored the outdoor ceremony. Kelli chose to wear a delicate beaded Jenny Packham gown from Nouvelle Vogue, paired with an Art Deco style bracelet by Maria Elena. Long tables placed on the grass are simple but stunning, with low, colorful florals mixed among more rustic candles. We are swooning over all the gorgeous details in these images from Lelia Scarfiotti!
Pretty Pink + Gold Bridesmaid Tea Party
There is so much gorgeous inspiration in this collaboration shoot between Kristyn Hogan and the talented team at Historic Cedarwood, and we love it all! Amber Housley created the lovely floral stationery and helped direct the styling of this bridal party tea in the garden. Eclectic linens from Urban Outfitters ground the tables for a collection vintage dishware and vases on top, filled with bold blooms and some of the prettiest teacups we’ve ever seen! The bridal party sipped pink Champagne from Le Grande Courtage while playing dress-up in amazing gowns from The Bride Room and accessories by Beatrice Couture Designs styled by Opulent Couturier. And aren’t you just in love with the playful side pony styled by Jessica Jones? Run, don’t walk, to the gallery to soak up all of the inspiration!
