The Pennard House is nestled in the quaint county of Somerset, England, and setting eyes upon the grounds gives the feeling that you are transported to another time. The ladies of Wedding Creations UK and Bowtie and Belle Photography created this gorgeous inspiration shoot based upon Italian heritage, with authentic elements and traditions. The intimate table set for eight is dressed with a stunning Italian hand-crocheted vintage table linen, and Italian crystal, olive leaf, and Limoncello. Loose greenery centerpieces from Bride and Bloom keep the overall feel casual but welcoming. An elegant, vintage-inspired Sienna Von Hildemar gown and a soft updo and natural makeup styled by Charlotte Tillyer complete a bridal look as graceful and enchanting as the scene itself. We are completely smitten with each vignette (that yellow Vespa!) and the stunning images by Bowtie and Belle Photography!

Elegant Hunter Green Wedding Inspiration
Any way you spin the color green in a wedding palette, it is quite the versatile shade. From soft pastels like mint or sage to deep hues like the beautiful emerald or hunter green, you can easily use this earthy color at any wedding during any time of the year if you fancy it. It’s so timeless and we’re glad that wedding extraordinaires like Olive Fine Weddings & Events and Alexandra Lee ran on the same wavelength as us. This styled shoot has a hefty helping of green all over it, and if you take out the seemingly wintry elements to this inspo, you can readily use it all throughout the year. The luxe blooms by Willrett Flower Co. (check out the installation framing the sweetheart table!) may need some tweaking when it comes to what’s in season and what’s in your area, but no matter if you’re a spring or summer bride-to-be eyeing this shade of green, you’ll certainly get the same gorgeous effect that Alexandra snapped for us.
Classic Museum Wedding in DC
We love this absolutely classic féte hailing from an illustrious museum in our nation’s capital today. This Washington DC wedding was photographed by one of our favorites, Lisa Blume, and it is elegant and so special and timeless. According to Kelly, she couldn’t take her mind off of the National Museum of Women in the Arts’s design and sweetly, how she could picture traipsing down the staircase to meet her dear dad at the bottom to walk her down the aisle to her beau Jamie (tears!). Speaking of tears, we had to mention this touching detail. Kelly needed to have her grandmothers there in some way, so to commemorate these wonderful women in her life, she shipped in two paintings from North Carolina of them and had her grandmother’s tea cup in her bridal suite. Endearingly, the teacup was a gift her grandmother gave to her sister for her wedding.

Elegant English Garden Inspired Shoot
We are utterly and completely smitten with today’s ethereal inspiration shoot photographed by Michael & Carina Photography for their Little Workshop. The shoot is entitled “Rejuvenate” and beautiful simplicity reigns in the design from Wit Weddings. The gardens of Richmond’s Agecroft Hall—a Tudor manor house originally built in England—set the stage, with the colors of an English garden brought to life in stunning florals from White Magnolia Designs. The design focuses on effortless elegance, with spring hues of butter, peach, and apricot, the palette inspired by the hue of Himalayan salt, echoing the theme of rejuvenation. A gorgeous gossamer gown from Laure de Sagazan, wispy ribbon and delicate linen from Silk & Willow, and loose calligraphy from Stephanie Bobruska are all perfectly matched, bringing an air of sophistication and ease to the scene. We know you will be enchanted by the beautiful imagery from Michael & Carina Photography.
French Garden Inspiration in Washington
A backdrop of verdant green climbing ivy and dreamy painterly florals would play a muse for any impressionist artist, so it’s no wonder that Indigo Event Design chose the stunning gardens and chateau of Monet Vineyards for this Claude Monet-inspired shoot. BLUE Floral Company created a pastel rainbow of locally-sourced florals to paint the outdoor ceremony space and stunning bouquet that is worthy of Monet’s brush itself. Lush centerpieces of coral and butter yellow peonies, lavender scabiosa, and dusty blush roses sit atop a french blue table, with just the right touch of regal elegance from gold flatware and chargers. Romantic and intimate, these photos by RTFaith Photography prove that even a micro-wedding can be a fairytale wedding too!
Colorful Summer Wedding Inspiration in Las Vegas
Editorial photographer Lianna from Lianna Marie Photography wanted to achieve one primary objective in this lush-colored wedding styled shoot: to showcase a soft and pastel-colored wedding in the heart of Vegas instead of the flashy swankiness that we all imagine when we think of the Entertainment Capital of the World. Lianna and her team of professional wedding vendors created a fine art wedding in the heart of Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Country Club. They created an oasis of summertime charm, luxe romance, and total elegance. It is undeniable that a huge focal point in this shoot are the sherbet and candy-colored blooms hailing from Layers of Lovely. Peonies, garden roses, spirea, ranunculus, and butterfly ranunculus in every shade of coral and pink under the sun are so pleasing to the eye. If you do nothing else today, make sure you check this wedding inspiration out.
Summer Wedding Inspiration with Berry Tones
We’re dreaming of warmer weather over here, and we have been served some wonderful wedding inspiration on a plate. It’s a unique one for sure, as it features a trés chic wedding gown from Emily Kotarski paired with some muted colors. Cayleigh Hopkins of The Petal Report jazzed up what we typically think of “summer shades” and used deep versions of reds, blues, and purples instead. Enjoy this shoot from Hannah Alyssa Photography to the fullest, especially those florals from Fresh Weddings and Events. That bouquet with the protea front and center is a dream!
Springtime in France Wedding Inspiration
This gorgeous shoot from Sara Reynolds Events is inspired by the hope, the anticipation, and the subtle calm of spring’s beauty. Stacy Bowen Floral Design worked with florals that are cheery and fresh without being overwhelmingly bold, mirroring the feel of everything abloom at Baltimore’s stunning Cylburn Arboretum. The architecture of the venue and elegant calligraphy by Shotgunning For Loveletters brought charm and refinement to the shoot, while the fresh and colorful blooms of the arboretum grounds kept it from feeling too fussy. There are so many soft and beautiful details in this shoot by Ashley Boyan Photography!
Harvest Wedding Inspiration in Washington
When you have a sublime location like Norman Farms ready to utilize at your fingertips, taking advantage of it and all of its natural delights are at the top of the list. Illustrious vendors like Fiona Louise Design and Something Minted had a blast foraging around the massive 28-acre property to beautifully bring this farm-to-table inspired shoot together. The art of table setting was a large inspiration for the day; for shoot designer and venue owner Fiona, welcoming loved ones meant breaking out the nicest wares and florals and setting up a grand table for gathering. For this shoot, an herb bouquet with mint and rosemary, blackberries, quince, pears, and apples were shared fresh from the grounds. A hearty loaf of sourdough bread and golden blossom honey was the centerpiece amidst the taper candles and antiquated English wares. Save a seat for us at this table; we would definitely want to break bread here among friends.
Texas Mansion Wedding Inspiration
We just want more and more of this Texas wedding shoot by ML Photo & Film! We can’t get enough of those sky high magnolia trees and the ultra-southern Woodbine Mansion sitting pretty in the background. To our heart’s delight, Eclipse Event Co. wanted to keep the style fresh and sweet as tea, with the always-classic white and ivory paired with cornflower blue accents along with hints of gold in the cutlery and peach linens. The medium powdery blue certainly stood out on the sprawling manor’s grounds, tying everything together to result in an epic rendition of “southern charm”. This one is certainly for the Pinterest boards!

Richwood on the River is the epitome of southern charm. Set against the rolling hills of Kentucky, the former plantation home is infused with traditional details and scenic landscaping. Evergreen Flower Co. carefully crafted an autumn inspiration shoot that’s a gorgeous mix of rustic and elegant. Arrangements of fall foliage and tulips were interspersed with ripe pears on a wooden tabletop dressed with silk linen. Handlettered place cards and invitations from Plume Calligraphy added a timeless touch. A flowing gown from B Loved Bridal perfectly complemented the romantic and peaceful locale. We are head over heels for every spectacular image from The Harris House!
Vintage Virginia Estate Wedding Inspiration
The historical Salubria House was a beautiful backdrop for this beautiful vintage Virginia wedding inspiration planned by Bella Giornata Events. Bri and Wes wanted to commemorate their life together and Bri’s red hair inspired many of the shoot’s details, including the stunning florals by Love Blooms. A bouquet full of protea perfectly matched with Bri’s vintage-inspired gown from Betsy Robinson’s Bridal Collection. Delicate gray calligraphy invitations and acrylic menus from Alchemy Calligraphy added a modern edge to the heirloom setting. Smitten with the lovely images by Kir Tuben!
Romantic + Classic Wedding Inspiration
Today’s elegant wedding editorial is utterly beautiful. Charlottesville, Virginia’s Swannanoa Palace is straight out of the pages of a fairy tale, and each detail of this shoot is befitting a fantasy. A dreamy Hayley Paige gown sets the stage, with the aptly named Manolo Blahnik Swan heels peeking out from the ballgown’s full skirt. The tabletop designed by Love Blooms features lush swaths of eucalyptus and ethereal place cards of Frou Frou Chic ribbon calligraphed by Sincerely Amy Designs. A palette of cool blue, green, and silver echo the white stone of the Palace, and every detail was meticulously curated by Ally Allison Events, right down to the princess-like cake from Haute Cakes Pastry Shop. Romantic + Rustic Southwestern Wedding Inspiration
This styled shoot is overflowing with details: soft touches in romantic gowns by BHLDN and a scallop-detailed veil from Stanley Korshak, bold colors mixed with rustic elements, and lush textures in floral from Sweet Magnolia Floral Studio. We can’t get enough! The gorgeous Southwestern feel of Le San Michele in Austin sets the tone for the romantic meets rustic affair styled by Grit + Gold and punctuated with Texas architecture, whimsical succulents, and cacti. We adore the soft take on this native plant in the invitation suite from The Stationery Bakery. On the table, warm wood mixes with terra-cotta and gold accents. Our mouths are watering over the charcuterie and cheese spread from Catering With a Twist and the powdered sugar-dusted cake from Blue Note Bakery. Other fun touches include a wooden cheeseboard menu and perhaps our favorite–a sweet donkey named Mimi from Sassafras Farm! Enjoy these fabulous images from Charla Storey Photography!
Elegant Socially Distant Wedding Inspiration
Today’s wedding inspiration comes from the idea that downsizing your guest list and implementing social distancing measures into your big day does not mean that you have to downsize your vision! Magnolia Celebrates shows us ways to elevate your wedding style, such as using smaller, more intimate tables and creating unique tablescapes or place settings for each, using stately plate covers for a plated meal, or displaying a faux wedding cake throughout the event. The team behind today’s post was inspired by the old Spanish architecture of the venue. They incorporated shades of mauve, brick, cappuccino, and sage into the tablescapes, each table getting a unique set of linens and gorgeous florals by Flowers By Yona. So many wonderful ideas from this shoot and these photos by Caroline Willett are sure to give you lots of ideas for your own wedding, whether it will be in the time of social distancing or not!
Shoreline Meets Sea Floor Wedding Inspiration
With a backdrop as breathtaking as the coastline of the Pacific Northwest, it’s no surprise that the team who created this shoot chose “sea floor meets shoreline” as their inspiration. Taking the color palette from the ocean with pops of color inspired by coral reefs, Dulce Blomma created gorgeous centerpieces and a jaw-dropping bouquet with dried florals and sun-bleached driftwood. One of the most amazing details though is the gown from Ephemerl with its subtle yet stunning peek of blue green fabric and we love how Sean Thomas Photography captured its movement against the ocean and all the rest of the magical beauty that this talented team created!
Luxe Botanical Inspiration in Spain
Inspired by the architecture and verdant gardens of Andalucía, this shoot from Bloomfield Photography is a flawless combination of grand venue and intimate outdoor space. A stunning organic green floral arch by Anais Floristas frames the intimate ceremony space and the bold Pantone blues used for the tablescape complement the vibrant greens of the surrounding Botanical Gardens of Málaga. The villa had never opened its doors to a styled shoot before but we are so very glad they decided to allow Reviva Weddings and the entire team to create something that showcases the stately manor and lush gardens so perfectly!
Organic Luxe Elopement Inspiration
There are some locations on this planet that just leave us in awe and the south of France is certainly one of them. This Provençal inspiration is in the most decadent of places and we couldn’t dream it up better if we tried. Alicia from Alicia Yarrish Photography was in her photographic element. Lavender fields and craggy, rocky lookout points gave way to dramatic landscape photographs while a private French chateau was the setting for the intimate elopement. Sophie Epton was inspired by the surroundings and ultimately, a soft, neutral, pastel palette mimicked the land. The most impressive story came via the florists, Remi and Gold, who hauled the beautiful blooms from Paris and they survived the eight-hour trek. No stone was left unturned with this elegant editorial.

English Country Garden Wedding
Chanika and Andrew live in Paris, but selected a relaxed English country garden wedding for their August nuptials. North Somerset’s Coombe Lodge was their stunning backdrop, and a classic neutral color palette of blush, peach, and ivory brought out the natural beauty of their surroundings. The couple held two ceremonies, including a traditional Thai water ceremony, and their gorgeous reception in the Lodge featured lovely garden-style arrangements from The Rose Shed, which perfectly complemented the light and airy ballroom and Lynnie Vanillie Cakes created the pretty centerpiece confection. We are in love with each and every image from Taylor Barnes Photography!
